How Herbalife changed my life! A little bit of my story!

It is with great pleasure and satisfaction that I use Herbalife nutrition products since October 2006, to control weight and improve my wellness.

In October 2006, I was overweight, about 100 kg, low self-esteem and health, I decided to change my well, getting the Herbalife nutritional program. Since then, I lost 22 kg, doing shakes twice a day, taking the tablets 3 times a day and drinking 6 to 8 cups of water.

Since the 1st day I loved Formula 1 shakes for breakfast, I felt good and have more energy throughout the day, also use Fibre and Herb, Multivitamin, Guarana tablets and also Personalized Protein Powder.
I met these wonderful products through a friend, who become my sponsor Hugo Serrazina, who I thank for his support and full availability over these seven years.
Today, seven years later I managed my weight, changed my eating habits and lifestyle.
